Volunteers
Why Volunteer?
Volunteers are the backbone of NAACLS, offering unique opportunities to contribute meaningful work while fostering personal growth and development. Our volunteers embrace accreditation with a supportive, non-punitive approach, aiming to help others understand and meet standards rather than focusing on faults.
Volunteers ensure consistency and quality in their efforts by adhering to the policies and procedures established by the NAACLS Board of Directors. Dependability in collaboration is vital, as working together with colleagues fosters a stronger, more effective team dynamic. Volunteers also play a crucial role in cultivating an inclusive and respectful environment where all voices are heard and valued. Embracing diverse perspectives on standards and compliance promotes open dialogue and continuous improvement, allowing for flexibility and mutual understanding in the accreditation process. If you are interested in being a volunteer, we offer a range of roles tailored to your experience and interests.
