We are pleased to introduce the following new members of the NAACLS Board of Directors, Review Committee for Accredited Programs (RCAP) and Programs Approval Review Committee (PARC):

Marcia A. Armstrong, MS, MT(ASCP), CLS(NCA), is Professor Emeritus at the University of Hawaii – Kapiolani College in Honolulu, Hawaii. She is a new ASCLS Representative to the NAACLS Board of Directors.

Elton Richards, Jr., is a Regional Manager at Commonwealth Ed Company. He is the new Public Member of the NAACLS Board of Directors.

Audrey E. Hentzen, PhD, MT(ASCP), is the Program Director/Instructor in the Life Science Division at Casper College in Casper, Wyoming. She is a new MLT Educator on the NAACLS Review Committee for Accredited Programs (RCAP).

Janelle M.  Chiasera, PhD, MT(ASCP), is the Chair and Professor of the Department of Clinical and Diagnostic Sciences at the University of Alabama at Birmingham in Birmingham, Alabama. She is an MLS Educator on the NAACLS Review Committee for Accredited Programs (RCAP).

Mary Ellen Tancred, PhD, MBA, MT(ASCP)SH, is the Program Director/Coordinator of the Medical Laboratory Technology and Multi-Competency Health Programs at Columbus State Community College in Columbus, Ohio. She is a new Phlebotomy Educator on the Programs Approval Review Committee (PARC).

Dawn Tripolino, MBA, MT(ASCP), is the Program Director, MT/MLS Program, School of Medical Technology, at Bayfront Health St. Petersburg in St. Petersburg, Florida. She is a new Phlebotomy Educator on the Programs Approval Review Committee (PARC).
